If you see this error in ‘File conversion details’of Clipbucket admin_area, to resolve the error do the following :Download presets from : www.mediasoftpro.com/downloads/Presets.zipUnzip and upload the presets to /usr/local/share/ffmpeg folderThats all.. now you are good to upload videos to your Clipbucket site.
